Today's smoothie is perfect when you need a protein boost after a work out. I love it because the almond butter adds a nice crunch, and the kefir gives it a beautiful smooth tartness. A little agave nectar or honey is just right for a touch of sweetness.
Ingredients:
Handful frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 cup almond milk
1 lug kefir
3 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp agave nectar or honey
